  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping fees.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
